Emily is an ACC-accredited executive coach and certified Enneagram Practitioner who helps leaders and teams deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and lead with greater impact.

Her approach blends formal coaching training with close to 20 years of executive experience, including five years as President of Orion Canada. During her leadership, the specialized media agency underwent significant transformation, expanding strategic capabilities, nurturing top talent, and strengthening its position in the market. Over the span of her career, she has partnered with global brands such as Amazon, Audi, Red Bull, and Pfizer, and her work has been recognized by the Media Innovation Awards and Les Prix Média Infopresse.

In addition to her coaching practice, Emily is committed to social impact. She volunteers as a coach to support low-income women and gender-diverse individuals in building sustainable, fulfilling careers and businesses as a path out of poverty.
